“The design teamfor the new Purvis City Hall offered a commendable proposal in response to the goals outlined by the mayor and city leaders. The jury was attracted to the contemporary use of masonry, wood, and storefront construction accented by a well-crafted “X” pattern in the brick facade that acknowledged and respected the history and legacy of the city.”
